What your impact will be like:

As a Mid-Market Sales Representative for the DACH region, you will be a core member of our Sales Team. This role combines proactive selling, solution positioning, and partner engagement, including direct collaboration with our Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). You’ll be responsible for managing your pipeline from qualification to close, working in sync with internal teams and strategic partners to deliver compelling security solutions.

In particular, you will:

  • Own and manage mid-market accounts: Take direct ownership of the sales cycle for mid-sized business opportunities in the DACH region – from qualification to closing

  • Develop a pipeline: Proactively identify and nurture new mid-market leads through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-ups and targeted campaigns (in close collaboration with our Marketing team)

  • Strongly collaborate with partners: Work closely with VARs and MSSPs to maximize value for end customers, win opportunities jointly and support partner-led deals

  • Manage CRM: Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity tracking in Hubspot CRM, ensure reliable forecasting and follow-up

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who’s comfortable in a high-paced scale-up environment. In addition, we are looking for certain requirements and skills to establish a good person-job-fit:

  • Open, reliable and collaborative professional who enjoys working in teams and can take ownership over individual projects

  • Interest and passion for cybersecurity/network security and the culture of a fast-growing scale-up culture

  • 2-4 years of Mid-Market Sales or Business Development experience with focus on acquiring new customers, preferably in the cybersecurity sector

  • A prior understanding of networking and/or cybersecurity is a big plus

  • Experience in advanced using of sales tools (especially Hubspot)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

  • Fluent English and German
