Enterprise Project Manager (Honolulu) - Full-time

POSITION SUMMARY: The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for overseeing Navian Hawaii’s cross-functional initiatives that support our growth, operational efficiency, technology integration, and patient care quality. This role manages chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, distribution logistics, and facility-related support. It is critical in planning, executing, and delivering projects that drive innovation and support our strategic plan, including expanding services, optimizing infrastructure, and improving patient and employee experience. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Oversee the full project lifecycle for enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and measurable outcomes. Translate strategic goals into actionable projects, develop workflows, and align objectives with clinical, operational, and financial priorities.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with HR, IT, Facilities, Operations, and Finance to ensure project continuity. Serve as a liaison between leadership and project teams, managing interdependencies for seamless coordination.
  • Change Management & Communication: Develop strategies to support adoption of new processes and technologies. Communicate updates and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to service delivery and organizational performance, leveraging methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  • Technology Integration: Partner with IT on projects involving EHRs, CRM systems, and enterprise tools. Ensure data accessibility and reporting.
  • Reporting & Evaluation: Use dashboards for real-time project insights. Track performance, risks, and ROI, ensuring projects are delivered on time, scope, and budget.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Participate in committees, strategic planning, and perform other duties as assigned by the COO in line with Navian Hawaii’s mission and values.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sectors.
  • PMP certification required, with expertise in methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Agile.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with executive teams and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Additional Experience:

  • Experience with Smartsheet for project tracking and workflow management.
  • Experience leading facility expansion projects, including construction planning, budgeting, and vendor negotiations.
  • Experience with monitoring construction timelines and permitting processes.
  • Experience with pediatric healthcare systems, especially hospice/palliative care.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit operations, grants, and compliance.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote work with occasional in-person meetings and site visits.
  • Ability to lift and transport supplies up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend work as needed.
  • Adherence to safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines.

Equipment Used:

  • Standard office equipment including phone, computer, calculator, copier, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Use of personal vehicle for site visits, meeting auto insurance and registration requirements.

Hours:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility for after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
