About this Role We’re looking for an Arizona-licensed attorney to join Justpoint as a Contract Partner Attorney (of-counsel structure). This is an opportunity to build your own independent legal practice focused on mass-tort litigation—with full support from Justpoint’s infrastructure, marketing, and funding. You’ll work remotely, manage your own docket, and receive a monthly non-recourse advance to stabilize your income. From client acquisition to case management, we provide the backend so you can focus on strategy, filings, and advocacy. What you will be doing Legal Strategy & Oversight
- Review and evaluate potential claims for retention or referral
- Supervise paralegals and legal assistants handling client communication, medical records, and discovery
- Ensure ethical and high-quality legal representation under Arizona ABS rules
- Monitor MDL and state-court developments and adapt workflows accordingly
Compliance & Quality Control
- Review all scripts, marketing creatives, and client-facing content for ethical compliance (ER 7.1–7.5)
- Serve as escalation counsel for complex claimant inquiries
Collaboration & Thought Partnership
- Advise our Product, Marketing, and Data teams on claim qualification trends
- Participate in virtual town halls and contribute to improving workflows
- Build relationships with Arizona-based co-counsel and subject-matter experts
What you’ll need to succeed
- Active license in Arizona (or reciprocal jurisdiction)
- 5+ years of experience in personal injury or mass-tort litigation
- Prior exposure to MDL processes preferred
- Tech-savvy mindset and comfort working remotely
- Excellent legal judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills
