We're looking for a Digital Ads Manager who thrives in the details, loves data, and wants to grow their hands-on skills in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Generally Speaking: The Digital Ads Manager will play a critical role in executing and optimizing our paid media efforts across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. This is a hands-on, tactical role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who's excited to learn, test, and execute paid media strategies with precision and curiosity. You'll work alongside our Paid Ads team to bring campaigns to life and drive performance through daily execution. Essential Job Functions: Campaign Execution

  • Build, launch, and maintain ad campaigns across key platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels
  • Ensure proper ad setup including naming conventions, targeting, placements, and budgets
  • Assist in trafficking creative assets and setting up UTM tracking for performance attribution
  • QA campaigns to ensure accuracy before launch-double-checking copy, links, tracking, and design specs
  • Keep testing calendars and creative iterations organized and up to date

Optimization & Reporting

  • Monitor daily and weekly performance across channels and flag issues proactively (e.g., underperformance, budget pacing, delivery issues)
  • Analyze performance data to identify early trends and surface insights to the paid ads team
  • Implement tactical optimizations-adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and placements based on performance goals
  • Support ongoing A/B testing initiatives, including creative, audience, and landing page tests
  • Pull data for weekly reporting, campaign recaps, and testing results
  • Help maintain documentation and performance tracking for tests, benchmarks, and learnings

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with creative and brand teams to brief in ad creative needs and ensure on-time delivery of assets
  • Communicate campaign status, pacing, and performance updates during weekly syncs
  • Share learnings and audience insights to inform broader marketing strategies
  • Stay current on platform updates and best practices, and share relevant findings with the broader team

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a paid media or performance-focused role
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads required; experience with other channels is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Comfort working with numbers, data, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Looker, or Google Analytics)
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn; not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
