Technical Account Manager - AWS Cloud
Job Summary:
We’re hiring for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a strong background in AWS cloud technologies. As part of the TAM team, you’ll provide guidance to both new and existing customers specifically about AWS technologies, services, and offerings. You’ll have to opportunity to collaborate with other Rackspace teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions utilizing various public cloud services. Ultimately, you’ll be assisting customers in rethinking their technical platforms and application landscapes, promoting the adoption of cloud-native technologies, and driving innovation within their business.Work Location: If located in Mexico City we'd like you to work a hyrid schedule of two days in the office and three days remote. If in one these states you may work fully remote:
Aquascalientes, Jalisco, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, or Queretaro.Key Responsibilities
