About the Role

We are seeking aStaff-level DevOps Engineerto take a strategic and hands-on role in assessing and improving infrastructure within a cloud-based investment management environment. This is more than just an execution-focused role — it requires a strong architectural mindset, an ability to guide best practices, and a passion for elevating DevOps standards across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with the development team to assess the current DevOps landscape and help design a clear, scalable roadmap. The focus will be on automating DB schema updates, enhancing database backup strategies, improving logging and monitoring systems, and reviewing the current usage of AWS services (including S3).
