They pride themselves in providing high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.

They are seeking a Bookkeeper to work out of their Knoxville, TN office. responsibilities and qualifications are listed below.

Responsibilities

  • General Bookkeeping
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Taxes
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year end close procedures
  • Assisting with external/internal audits
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Utilizing ERP system software
  • General accounting and administrative duties

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in accounting, preferably with an understanding of construction accounting/work in progress
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
  • Strong technical and organizational skills
