Web Designer, Engineer

Braintrust is building the modern platform for evaluating and deploying AI systems. Our mission is to help enterprises build trust in their AI by making it easy to test, monitor, and improve models using real-world evaluation frameworks. We work with cutting-edge customers in finance, healthcare, and tech who are building production-grade AI systems.

Braintrust is looking for a web designer/engineer to join our creative team. You’ll work closely with our product designers and brand team to bring high-impact marketing work to life: think websites, landing pages, launch campaigns, experimental tools, and interactive storytelling.

• Support the design, build, and ongoing maintenance of our marketing site—including homepage, UI showcases, and interactive moments.

• Create fast-turn landing pages for growth initiatives, launches, and experiments.

• Support the marketing design team with assets for social, blog posts, events, and more.

• Contribute to our newsletter and email marketing—designing visuals, polishing layouts, and ensuring a consistent experience across channels.

• Develop generative animations and custom visuals for web, events, and special projects.

• 5–6 years of experience building creative digital work across web and interactive.

• Excellent visual craft.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design sensibility and front-end development skills.

• Expert-level HTML/CSS/JS. Strong experience with React, Next.js, and component libraries.

• Bonus points for: WebGL, Three.js, p5.js, Lottie, Framer Motion, Vercel, V0.

• Comfortable in Git workflows and modern deployment pipelines.

• You're a designer who codes (or a developer who designs). Your portfolio shows both.

• You’ve worked in a startup, creative studio, or agency - anywhere taste and execution speed are a priority.

• You're fluent in web standards and modern frameworks, but not afraid to get weird with it.

• You’re self-directed, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and enjoy working on AI-adjacent tools.
