• Ideation & Planning: Use Claude and GPT to rapidly generate campaign concepts, content calendars, and creative briefs

• Video Production: Transform static assets into dynamic content with Runway, Pika, and Kling. Produce all new pieces of UGC out of our B-roll with ICON

• Audio Integration: Incorporate AI-generated voiceovers, music, and sound effects with ElevenLabs and Suno

• Content Refinement: Apply the finishing touches in traditional tools like Photoshop, Premiere, and CapCut

• Orchestrate end-to-end creative production workflows generating 100+ assets daily

• Build and maintain prompt libraries that ensure brand consistency across thousands of outputs

• Develop systems for rapid iteration and refinement of AI-generated content

• Create feedback loops between AI outputs and performance metrics to continuously improve quality

• Implement quality control frameworks ensuring AI-generated content meets premium standards

• Maintain a balance between automation and human refinement—we value AI efficiency but aren't afraid to add finishing touches in Photoshop or CapCut when needed

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, GPT, ICON, Runway, Kling) for commercial creative production

• Portfolio showcasing how you've generated more high-quality creative than entire traditional marketing teams

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new AI creative platforms

• Proficiency with traditional creative software (Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) for final refinements

• Experience building and optimizing AI creative workflows and pipelines

• Understanding of prompt engineering best practices across multiple AI platforms

• Experience managing high-volume creative production (500+ assets per week)

• Ability to train other team members on your AI creative workflows
