As our Virtual Events Associate, you’ll own and scale a strategic, AI-native webinar program that drives pipeline and positions Atlan as a thought leader in the data world.

• Turn webinars into a predictable pipeline engine. You’ll lead end-to-end execution — from concept to promotion to post-event analytics — with measurable business impact.

• Make Atlan’s virtual events the “must-attend” experience for data professionals. You’ll build consistent, high-quality programming that’s relevant, engaging, and strategically aligned.

• Build a scalable global program from day one. Architect repeatable systems that support different regions, verticals, and go-to-market motions.

• Pioneer AI-powered webinar innovation. Implement tools and workflows to personalize content, streamline production, and automate repurposing across channels.

• Own the experience, inside and out. From speaker recruitment and coaching to audience acquisition and experience design, you’ll own the full webinar journey.

• Lead virtual event experimentation. Pilot new formats, virtual conferences, and engagement models that set Atlan apart in the data and AI space.

• You’ve built and run high-performing webinar programs — from strategy to execution to measurement.

• You think in systems and optimize with data. You track performance across the funnel and know how to iterate for scale and impact.

• You know how to engage speakers and audiences. Whether building a network of industry experts or growing attendance, you bring people in and keep them coming back.

• You’re creative, strategic, and tech-savvy. You thrive on experimentation, especially when it involves new formats or AI tools.

• You’re a strong collaborator and communicator. You work well across teams and know how to keep things moving across stakeholders.
