Kiddom is seeking a highly qualified Job-Embedded Coach to support the implementation of our curriculum and instructional model in the Petersburg City School District. This is a full-time, in-person, one-year position, with the potential to renew. The selected candidate will be a Kiddom employee, working in close collaboration with the district instructional leadership team and adhering to the district’s calendar, expectations, and building schedules.
This role blends district priorities with Kiddom’s instructional vision, requiring a coach who can build capacity among educators, foster high-impact PLCs, support all teacher types (licensed, provisioned, long-term subs), and develop school leaders as instructional leaders.

Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
