- Engage with Italian-speaking clients to identify their technical needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and consulting to help clients optimize their use of technology.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while guiding clients through complex scenarios.
- Document client interactions and solution implementation processes accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance technology offerings and support services.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.
- Actively collect feedback from clients to identify areas for service improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Previous experience in a consulting or technical support role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
