Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Quality Control Laboratory Method Scripter. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting paper-based laboratory methods into digital formats for an electronic laboratory notebook (ELN). This role is critical in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of our quality control processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write scripts to translate paper-based laboratory methods into an electronic laboratory notebook.
• Review, revise, and rigorous testing of method scripts to ensure reliability.
• Develop techniques to read and process data from scientific testing equipment into the electronic laboratory notebook.
• Collaborate with laboratory personnel and other teams to meet laboratory processes and data integrity requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with computer scripting or programming in any language is desirable. Biovia LES scripting is a plus.
• Prior experience in a GMP laboratory environment is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of XML and its applications in data structuring is beneficial.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, computer science, or related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong ability to effectively prioritize tasks.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Ability to read and write formulas in Microsoft Excel.

• Position is full-time, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Overtime as needed.
