Placement Specialist - Second Shift

Join Our Team as a Placement Specialist $1,000 Sign-On Bonus | Full-Time | Evening Shift | Hybrid Schedule Professional Services Group, Inc. (PSG) is a community-based social services organization dedicated to strengthening lives and supporting families. We're seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Placement Specialists to join our Placement Referral Unit (PRU) in making a lasting impact on children's lives. About the Role: As a Placement Specialist, you will play a critical role in securing safe and timely placements for children involved in Milwaukee's child welfare system. You'll partner with the Division of Milwaukee Child Protective Services to research family connections and find appropriate out-of-home placements, including those requiring higher levels of care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct family and non-relative background searches
  • Maintain and update client databases daily
  • Collaborate with county/state agencies and community partners
  • Document all case activities accurately
  • Complete client phone intakes and follow-ups

Location: West Allis, WI Flexible 50% hybrid/remote work available once training is complete. Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 1-hour unpaid lunch break
  • Rotating on-call shifts (approximately once every 6 weeks)
  • Weeknights (11 PM-7 AM)
  • Weekends (24/7 coverage, Sunday-Saturday)
