We’re a team of 5,000 ambitious, curious people building classifieds marketplaces that are used by over 330 million people every month to buy and sell almost anything. What you'll be doing: Work closely with the Management Team to gain exposure to strategic topics and use data to answer our most critical business questionsWork together with key commercial stakeholders on topics such as sales strategy, segmentation, competitive benchmarking, market potential assessment, performance improvement or better understanding customer behavior and value deliveryConvert data from diverse sources into actionable insights to support decision-makingCollaborate with the Data & Analytics team in Europe to exchange knowledge and ensure data and tools consistencyLead data projects to equip business teams with tools for enhanced performanceOptimize automated processes and adopt industry best practices (including where applicable the use of AI tools/ data science methods) for the Analytics teamProvide guidance, coaching, and training to develop team skills and competencies within the analytics tribe Who we're looking for: Fluency in English 3+ years of experience in analytics, ideally in data, business, or product analytics roles Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and project management Proficient in transforming unorganized… Apply To This Job
