About the Role:

As a Enterprise Marketing Manager at FERMÀT, you will spearhead our targeted marketing efforts to key accounts with significant growth potential. Working directly with our Head of Sales, you'll craft personalized campaigns and lifecycle strategies that showcase how FERMÀT transforms e-commerce experiences.

This role is pivotal in accelerating our revenue growth with enterprise accounts. Reporting to the CMO, you'll have the opportunity to build our ABM function from the ground up, with clear paths for advancement as our business expands.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABM strategies for enterprise accounts

  • Lead lifecycle marketing efforts, creating personalized journeys from awareness through retention

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and gather account intelligence

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts based on revenue potential and strategic importance

  • Create personalized marketing campaigns, content, and experiences that resonate with key decision-makers

  • Manage our ABM technology stack to support account identification, engagement tracking, and personalization

  • Design and execute multi-channel ABM programs across email, direct mail, events, and digital advertising

  • Track and measure ABM program performance, including engagement metrics, pipeline impact, and ROI

  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to improve future ABM initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on account-based marketing strategies

  • Strong expertise in marketing systems and technology platforms (marketing automation, CRM, analytics tools)

  • Experience leading lifecycle marketing programs for key accounts

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns that deliver measurable results

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and buyer journeys

  • Experience with ABM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Default, Unity, Salesforce, Notion, Clay, Apollo etc)

  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Experience in SaaS or e-commerce marketing preferred
