We are actively seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Intelligent Automation Team and collaborate with clients to deliver top-tier solutions.

About the Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead project workstreams, conduct in-depth data analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to clients. Working closely with our team of consultants, you will design and implement tailored solutions that precisely align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy Celonis or UiPath Process Mining Tools into clients' various ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, Workday, and others
• Establish data connections using APIs or other methods in order to analyze processes
• Conduct data analysis and process validation with business teams to ensure data accuracy
• Translate business requirements into data requirements to ensure appropriate application and usability within the process mining platform
• Build views and dashboards within the process mining platform to effectively meet the needs of business users
• Work closely with Automation Engineers and Business Analysts to design and optimize end-to-end automations in the process mining environment
• Test and review new functionalities and applications of the latest Process Mining tools.
• Lead project workstreams, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve consulting services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

Must-Have Qualifications & Competencies:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Process Mining.
• Strong background in Data Science.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for strong client engagement.
• Proficiency in PQL and a keen interest in Big Data, Data Analytics, and Process Mining.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in at least one of the following business processes:
• Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Purchase-to-Pay.
• Hands-on experience with Celonis and/or UiPath Process Mining.
• Solid understanding of ERP system process flows (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Case-Centric and Objective-Centric approaches in Celonis Process Management.
• Strong understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.
