What we Expect :

As a creative quality check - Al Generated Product Catalogs, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our luxury clothing brand's clientele by overseeing the creation and delivery of high-quality, Al Product Image Catalogs. These catalogs feature Al-generated images that emulate real-life models and their styling, adhering closely to the brand's vision and guidelines. Your responsibilities encompass coordinating with various teams, including, Ai gens team, image editing, and quality control, to ensure seamless progress and timely delivery of each image. Additionally, you'll serve as a conduit between the brand's requirements and the production teams, facilitating effective communication to maintain consistency and uphold quality standards throughout the image creation process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand Brand Inputs: Grasp the essence of brand inputs such as product information, mood boards, and style guides to ensure alignment with the brand's vision and guidelines.

2. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with 3D modeling, image editing, and quality control teams to monitor the progress of each image from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to project requirements

3. Effective Communication: Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity on project requirements and expectations, fostering a collaborative environment conducive to achieving project goals.

4. Quality Control: Maintain vigilance over the quality of product images, conducting thorough quality control processes to uphold the brand's standards and enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency within the image creation workflow, implementing process improvements to streamline operations and optimize outcomes.

6. Customer Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, addressing any concerns or issues related to product images promptly and ensuring timely resolution.

7. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers regarding image- related inquiries or requests, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their engagement with our brand.

Skills Required:

1. Brand Understanding: Strong grasp of brand identity and guidelines, with the ability to ensure alignment in all image creation processes.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear articulation of project requirements.

3. Project Management: Proficiency in project management, including the ability to track progress, meet deadlines, and coordinate tasks across multiple teams.

4. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance, ensuring that all product images meet the brand's standards of excellence.

5. E-commerce Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce or related industries is preferred, providing valuable insights into customer expectations and industry trends

6. Time Zone Flexibility: Must be able to partially overlap with US work timings to facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders in different regions.

Qualification :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion styling in ecommerce.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills

  • Should have Software Skills (basic photoshop, Lightroom and 3d). AI tools knowledge will be a plus
