SAP ABAP Consultant

We are seeking an SAP ABAP Consultant to play a critical role in analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions using ABAP programming language. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, understand their requirements, and provide technical expertise to configure and customize SAP systems to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • ABAP Development: Design, code, test, debug, and implement ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms based on functional specifications within the SAP environment.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SAP modules using ABAP programming to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Technical Analysis and Solution Design: Analyze business processes and requirements, propose technical solutions, and create detailed technical design documentation for SAP system enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other teams to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful delivery of SAP projects.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize SAP programs and processes for performance, scalability, and efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing, support integration testing, and assist in deployment activities, ensuring the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis for incidents related to SAP ABAP applications. Implement corrective measures and enhancements as needed.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, technical designs, user manuals, and training materials. Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT staff as required.
