Brilliant PR & Marketing, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies focused on family-oriented brands, is looking for an enthusiastic and social-media-savvy Community Engagement Coordinator to join our growing social team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, is quick to spot trends, and thrives on creating connections between brands and their audiences.

In this role, you’ll serve as the front line of engagement across several brand channels, responding to comments and DMs, flagging reactive content opportunities, and helping us keep a pulse on community sentiment. You’ll work closely with the organic social team to ensure our responses are thoughtful, on-brand, and agile, and you will offer support on scheduling and additional administrative tasks for the social lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage daily with followers across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, X/Twitter, Threads, and more
  • Adapt to and maintain 7–9 distinct brand voices across accounts
  • Respond to audience comments, questions, and DMs with empathy, accuracy, and brand-appropriate tone
  • Monitor social activity and flag opportunities for real-time or reactive content based on audience interaction
  • Identify potential influencer partners via organic engagement 
  • Help identify trending sounds, formats, and platform behaviors
  • Track and compile recurring questions, feedback, and trends to inform broader social strategy
  • Support in monitoring and analyzing audience sentiment and social listening over time
  • Collaborate with the organic social team on post-launch content performance and engagement insights

  • Comfortable shifting tones between brand accounts
  • A natural communicator—quick-witted, empathetic, and thoughtful
  • Energized by fast-paced environments and constant digital conversation
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and excited to grow in the social media space
  • Eager to learn social listening and sentiment analysis tools
  • Strong grammar and writing skills
  • Bonus: prior experience managing brand or creator accounts (even personal side projects!)
