We are looking to bring on a part time (with opportunity to go full time) virtual receptionist to join our team. Your job title within the company will be \" Care Coordinator.\" We currently have other amazing VAs and are looking to add one more! MUST have a willingness to learn. MUST have proficiency in reading, writing ,and spoken English. ABOUT OUR COMPANY We are a mobile wellness clinic with acupuncturists, massage therapists, and kinesiologists. TASKS: -handling communication with potential clients via phone calls, text messages, social media messages, email etc. -communicating with patients before and after their appointments (rebooking, billing etc.) -MUST be available during Pacific Standard Time. Our hours are 8am-8pm. -Shifts are 10 hours. -administrative tasks: email management, CRM management, organization etc. ASSETS -additionally we use a number of softwares and some tech proficiency is an asset.
