This fully remote position allows you to collaborate with client managers to identify their hiring needs and ensure a seamless onboarding process for applicants. Key Responsibilities • Partner with client managers to assess staffing requirements and provide updates on candidate progress. • Assist drivers with the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. • Organize and coordinate orientation logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements as needed. • Support various administrative tasks and team requirements to enhance operational efficiency. Required Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with candidates and clients. • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Problem-solving aptitude to address any unexpected challenges during the onboarding process. Qualifications • Previous experience is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. • Must be available during standard business hours. • Background in customer service, recruiting, or logistics is advantageous but not required.
