Job Overview Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent, where your contributions will be essential in supporting our healthcare client. This remote position offers you the opportunity to uphold exemplary quality standards while enhancing the overall quality control process... Key Responsibilities • Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as required. • Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls. • Verify third-party information using online databases for accuracy. • Review and finalize enrichment tasks as instructed during training sessions. • Conduct data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, while following up with various state boards for status updates. • Ensure all tasks are executed timely and with high quality. • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed. Required Skills • Willingness to engage in both voice and non-voice tasks. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Flexibility and adaptability to process and information changes. • Computer proficiency is preferred. • Must possess an adequate work-from-home setup. • A stable internet connection is essential. Qualifications • Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or similar customer service roles is advantageous. • Availability for 40 hours per week, commencing immediately. • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
