Job Title: Remote Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist (100% work from home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,200 - $2,400 USD/month (depending on experience) Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch break) About Our Client: Our client is a leading provider of indoor air quality solutions, specializing in crawl space encapsulation, waterproofing, mold remediation, and residential cleaning services. Their mission is to improve the health and comfort of their clients' homes through innovative, eco-friendly solutions and exceptional customer service. Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing customer engagement through effective digital marketing strategies. This role will focus on managing email marketing campaigns, creating and posting digital ads, cold calling potential clients, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. • Create, design, and post engaging ads across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.). • Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to introduce services and generate leads. • Schedule and coordinate appointments between potential clients and the sales team. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed. • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and goals. • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies: • Proven experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and ad creation. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in cold calling. • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager). • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better results. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks. • Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
