As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and service through live chat on our website. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in real-time, answering their inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our products and services. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer experiences, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others. Responsibilities • Engage with customers through live chat to provide real-time support and assistance. • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and general company information. • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating to senior staff when necessary. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. • Monitor chat queues to ensure timely responses to customer requests. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and provide feedback on customer trends. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in live chat or similar environments. • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
