[Remote/WFM] Remote Fitness Instructor for Group Classes

Job Description: We are seeking passionate and experienced fitness professionals to conduct virtual group classes ranging from yoga, strength training, stretching, Zumba, and other fitness programs. We offer online workout sessions for individuals and groups who are eager to stay fit from the comfort of their own homes. As a fitness instructor on our platform, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality virtual workout classes that cater to a diverse audience with different fitness levels and goals. You should be able to inspire, motivate, and guide participants through various routines, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of their workout. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct live, virtual group fitness classes via Zoom or a similar platform. - Offer fitness classes such as yoga, strength training, Zumba, stretching or cardio etc. - Ensure proper technique and form during sessions, offering modifications for different fitness levels. - Engage with participants to create an energetic and motivating atmosphere. - Provide clear instructions and demonstrations for all exercises. - Adapt workouts based on participants' needs and abilities. - Maintain a professional and friendly attitude to foster a positive class experience. Requirements: - Certification in fitness instruction or a specific fitness modality (Yoga, Strength Training, Zumba, etc.). - Experience conducting group fitness classes, ideally in a virtual setting. - Access to a high-quality camera, microphone, and stable internet connection for remote teaching. - Excellent communication and motivational skills. - Ability to teach a variety of fitness classes to cater to diverse groups. - Flexibility in scheduling classes across different time zones. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in teaching multiple class types (e.g., Yoga + Strength Training). - Previous experience in remote/virtual fitness training. - Positive, engaging, and motivational personality.
