Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Solutions Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a solutions-oriented mindset, contributing to a positive and seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Customer Service: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions. • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and promote new offerings. Solutions-Oriented Support: • Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. • Manage collections calls for past-due accounts, offering empathetic and professional solutions while reducing delinquencies. Record-Keeping & Collaboration: • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our computerized system. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. • Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Skills & Qualifications Communication: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse client base. Experience & Problem-Solving: • Strong background in customer support or client services; experience in sales or collections is a plus. • Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions quickly. Technical Proficiency: • Proficient in using computerized systems for record-keeping and communication. • Familiarity with property management software (training provided). Attitude & Teamwork: • A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team while excelling in an independent, remote environment.
