We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive individual to join our team as a Part-Time QuickBooks Trainer with Extensive Accounting/Bookkeeping Experience. This is not an entry-level position. We require someone with deep expertise in accounting and bookkeeping, who can take initiative, demonstrate leadership, and contribute innovative ideas. If you excel in a high-tech environment and are passionate about teaching and guiding others, this role is for you. Responsibilities: • Main Responsibility: The main responsibility of this position is to train and build client accounting staff. • Provide training and support on QuickBooks to client staff. • Develop and implement training programs to enhance client staff’s accounting skills and efficiency. • Solve complex algebraic and accounting problems, delivering clear and actionable solutions. • Take initiative in identifying and addressing areas for improvement in client financial operations. • Conduct virtual meetings via Zoom to... facilitate effective communication and training sessions. • Generate innovative ideas to improve financial processes and operational efficiency for clients. Qualifications: • Minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Non-negotiable). • Extensive experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks (this is NOT an entry-level position). • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in algebra and accounting. • Proven leadership abilities and a proactive, initiative-driven approach to work. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • High proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoom, with the ability to train others. • Comfortable working in a high-tech environment and quick to adapt to new technologies.
