Be a part of moving careers forward! We are searching for a performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead our paid media and marketing automation team. You will be responsible for all aspects of marketing – managing our media budget, creative, web content, sales collateral, organic search results and social campaigns that culminate in successful lead generation as well as meetings booked from our website with prospects. You will bring your strategic mindset to this role as you analyze conversion rates to optimize success in getting leads that convert to meetings and opportunities for new business. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will have considerable exposure to the CEO and executive team as you work on refining strategy and reporting results. The successful candidate is both a “doer” and a “big picture thinker.” With knowledge of the marketing tech stack, such as WordPress, Canva and Salesforce.com, you will do some hands-on work to get the marketing engine humming but also have the knowledge and mindset to think strategically, shape the vision, and direct the marketing agency and others to execute our vision. Your goal is to deliver cost-effective results from our integrated campaigns. This is a full-time, exempt position with benefits. Candidates must reside in the St. Louis metro area. The position is hybrid -- nearly fully remote with about 5-10% in-office. Your Responsibilities • Support Sales Development Reps (SDRs) with content to manage marketing campaigns and maintain reporting standards • Develop and execute digital strategy for paid media campaigns – LinkedIn and search engine advertising • Propel a culture of experimentation, turning insights from each test into shared learnings that drive continuous improvement and growth • Analyze web metrics and own website performance, including content creation, landing pages, blog posts, and other content that attracts visitors and tells our story. • Work collaboratively with internal SMEs and content writers to develop blog and other web content that powers social media campaigns and SEO results • Execute existing and develop new lead generation strategies and processes to ensure booked appointments for the sales team • Coordinate new product introduction and market communication with marketing and sales organizations to ensure maximum penetration of market segment • Generate backlinks by uncovering opportunities for our thought leaders to guest blog and other backlink opportunities. Requirements • BS/BA Degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or Journalism • Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel • Knowledge of Wordpress, Salesforce.com, Canva and digital email marketing platforms • 5+ years marketing experience in a B2B setting • Supplier management coordination WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT FOR THIS ROLE? • Your track record of scaling performance marketing in a B2B setting. • Your comfort level in achieving financial targets by translating strategic goals into actionable objectives. • Your love of metrics and discipline to track results, communicate, and continuously enhance performance • Your fluency in martech and ability to integrate tech platforms to create end-to-end systems • Your passion for making things better, more efficient, and effective.
