If you are passionate about helping individuals and families improve their mental health and well-being, we invite you to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. • Our extremely competitive compensation package is customized to your financial needs and goals! • Competitive Pay rates with incentives – the more assessments you provide the more you earn! • Flexible work schedule! • As many patients as you would like to assess • Resources and Support to increase clinical development and growth. • FREE CEU’s Candidate Requirements: • You are COMPASSIONATE, provide COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENTS, ENGAGING, and provide excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE! • Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field. • Must reside within the State of Florida. • Licensed: Have an active and valid LCSW, LMHC or LMFT in the State of Florida • Must maintain a part-time weekday schedule during the hours of 4pm to 8pm and Saturday/Sunday anytime completing a minimum of 7 assessments per week. • Responsible for determining client’s psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM-5-TR and ICD-10. • Performs initial assessments in accordance with Medicaid regulations and updates as applicable. • Works effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing an exacerbation of either psychiatric, substance use and/or medical symptoms, as well as experiencing a stressful situation. • Minimum wage listed is based on 7 mental health only assessments per week. The average time to complete MH assessment is 2 hours 15 minutes. Earnings and bonus potential increases with bilingual, substance use assessments and productivity.
