Skills • Proficiency in computer-aided design software (20/20) • Strong understanding of customer service practices • Knowledge of remodeling and installation processes • Excellent communication skills • Ability to listen to and understand customer needs • Competence in project management and follow-up Responsibilities • Provide superior customer service through kitchen design using 20/20 software • Prepare detailed designs based on specifications from customers and Kitchen Sales Specialists • Collaborate with store associates and service providers to address customer needs • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure project requirements are met • Monitor order statuses and communicate updates to customers • Assist in the development of business processes through cross-training Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or design • Familiarity with kitchen design and remodeling is preferred Education Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent Education Requirements Credential Category • High School Diploma Experience Requirements • Experience in customer service; prior experience in kitchen design or home improvement is a plus.
