You will need to provide support and sales-related information to customers to ensure their queries are resolved in a timely manner. It is important that you have excellent communication skills and can work efficiently to resolve any issues that customers may have. Follow Provided Steps and Instructions To ensure consistency in the quality of service, you will need to follow the provided steps and instructions closely. This will ensure that all customer inquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Work Independently with Support from Our Virtual Team As a Remote Chat Coordinator, you will be working independently but will have support from our virtual team. Our team will be available to help you with any queries or issues that you may have. Contract Length and Pay Rate Contract Length: No Fixed Term There is no fixed term for this position. We are looking for a long-term partnership with the selected candidate. Pay Rate: $27 per Hour The pay rate for this position is $27 per hour. The pay rate may be subject to change based on performance. Hours per Week: 15 Hours per Week The selected candidate will be expected to work 15 hours per week. There may be opportunities for additional hours based on performance.
