WHY ETS? • Competitive compensation and benefits • Ongoing training and support • Great team JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking Part Time and Full Time Corporate and VIP Leisure Travel Consultants to join our team. The ETS consultant(s) will be responsible for facilitating professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for our clients along with providing excellent customer service. These positions require individuals with exceptional commitment to detail combined with a positive attitude towards work and life! DUTIES: • Complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car rental, rail, etc ) at the lowest possible price via Sabre, internet and/or with consolidators within company guidelines • Understanding and anticipating VIP client needs and travel preferences • Detailed documentation of all PNRs within company guidelines • Stays fully informed on all airline rules and regulations, tariffs and fare requirements • Work as a team player to assure the workload is distributed evenly and offering assistance where and whenever needed ATTITUDES / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: • Excellent Sabre skills including ticketing, exchanges and refunds • Extensive experience as an International and Domestic travel agent • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Strong skills in travel planning and itinerary creation • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Positive disposition If this sounds like where you want to be, contact us to find out about joining our team!
