Executive Assistant, Social Media & Influencer Partnerships (Hulu) Job Summary... Hulu's marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to our VP, Social Media & Influencer Partnerships. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative and other supportive tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, organized, efficient, and capable of achieving amazing results in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Responsibilities: • Handle complex scheduling responsibilities, with exceptional attention to the details of calendar management in a fast-paced environment • Support the full social department with various tasks including opening social handles, processing contracts, billing, liaison with social platform partners • Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries • Prepare and manage expense reports • Coordinate meetings: prepare agendas, secure and plan space, facilitate content development, follow up as appropriate • Attend meetings, take notes and track action items Basic Qualifications • 1+ years administrative experience in entertainment • Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple simultaneous projects under deadline pressure • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – collaboration skills are essential • A 'can-do' attitude, nothing is too large or too small and the ability to work effectively under pressure • Capacity to engage professionally with associates and managers at every level • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs/Spreadsheets, Gmail Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years administrative experience in entertainment • Historical knowledge of, and passion for, media, film, and television • Experience with entertainment industry professionals both in front of and behind the camera Preferred Education • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $53,300 to $71,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
