Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist cardmembers with inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Understand and communicate American Express products and services.
- Effectively navigate various systems and databases to locate information.
- Collaborate with colleagues and teams to ensure the best customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a remote, home-based environment.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
