Job Description As an Apple Home Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who seek support for their Apple products and services. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of Apple technology to assist clients with troubleshooting, answering questions, and providing solutions that enhance their experiences. Your role is vital in maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve effectively communicating with customers through various channels, including phone and online chat.
