Job title: Substitute Custodian Company: Independent School District 318 Job description : The mission of Northland Community Schools is to educate and inspire all learners to reach their full potential. Job Summary: The substitute custodian fills in during the absence of other custodial staff and performs general cleaning, maintenance and repairs to provide pleasant and safe surroundings for staff and students. Qualifications: Thorough knowledge of safety principles and practices Experience in the commercial cleaning industry Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electricity and painting Thorough knowledge of materials and equipment used in maintaining buildings and grounds Valid driver's license Ability to do heavy lifting, climb stairs repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time Questions?
