Job Overview We are looking for a meticulous and driven individual to join our esteemed organization as a Remote Record Clerk. This entry-level position involves ensuring the integrity and organization of records through data entry, scanning, filing, and addressing record requests, all while upholding confidentiality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Accurately input and validate data to sustain precise records • Scan, catalog, and arrange documents for streamlined access • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems • Respond swiftly to record requests from internal and external stakeholders • Review records to confirm completeness and accuracy Required Skills • Basic computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office, with typing speed of 40 wpm • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SharePoint, FileHold) • Competency in document scanning software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) • Understanding of electronic record-keeping practices • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required • 0-2 years of experience in data entry, records management, or a related field preferred • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Records Management, or a related discipline is advantageous • Certification in records management (e.g., CRM, CRR) preferred • Awareness of HIPAA or other pertinent regulatory standards is a plus Career Growth Opportunities Our organization is committed to fostering professional growth and development.
