Position: Remote Therapist (Contractor) - Flexible Hours Job Overview We are in search of dedicated and empathetic licensed therapists to become part of our dynamic team as contractors. This role offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling options. If you hold a valid therapeutic license in Washington, D.C. and possess a minimum of two years' experience working with children, adults, and families, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities • Deliver therapy sessions to clients through video conferencing, in-office meetings, or in-home/community settings, adhering to established safety protocols. • Accurately document session notes using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. • Enjoy the convenience of having billing and co-payment collection managed by our office staff. Common Focus Areas For Therapy Sessions Include • Anxiety, depression, and stress management • ADHD and behavioral issues • Anger management and emotional challenges • Family conflict and parenting difficulties • Trauma, abuse, and neglect • Grief and bereavement • Self-esteem and identity concerns • Career and academic-related stress • Navigating chronic health issues or financial difficulties • Bullying, peer dynamics, and adolescent challenges Qualifications • A valid clinical license in Washington, D.C. (LICSW, LPC, Ph.D., or PsyD). • A minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy to children, adults, and families. • A compassionate and client-centric approach to therapeutic practice.
