Role Overview: The Social Media Intern will create engaging, organic viral videos that resonate with our target audience. This role is perfect for a current student familiar with short-form video trends and looking to make a tangible impact in a dynamic startup environment. Key Responsibilities: • Content Creation: Produce compelling short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that align with Pensieve's brand and mission. • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant. • Independent Work: Generate creative ideas and execute them independently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting. • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to refine content strategies and maximize engagement. Requirements (Must-Haves): • Current Student: Enrolled in an accredited college or university program in the U.S. • Motivated and Driven: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and eagerness to contribute to team success. • Social Media Savvy: Familiar with creating and editing short-form video content; understands what makes content shareable and viral. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves): • Content Creation Experience: Previous experience in producing social media content or managing personal/business social media accounts. • Portfolio: Ability to showcase relevant previous work or projects - personal social media, accounts you’ve managed, anything to show off your social media savvy. Compensation: • Fixed Pay: Competitive base compensation (details to be discussed during the interview process). • Performance Bonuses: Opportunity to earn up to $100 bonus per video based on views and engagement metrics.
