SMG seeks a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist with a strong background in marketing automation software, specifically Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and HubSpot. Overview Of Job Responsibilities Marketing Automation Management • Oversee Marketing Automation Platforms: Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring programs. Technical Operations • Software Integrations: Implement and maintain integrations between... marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot) to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy. • Google Tag Manager: Utilize Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics purposes, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting. Campaign Management • Campaign Execution: Build and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. • Data Management and Reporting: Manage data and generate reports to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Collaboration and Communication • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, sales) to ensure marketing operations align with overall business strategies and revenue operations leader. Requirements • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, email marketing, or lifecycle roles, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software for a B2B company. • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), HubSpot, and other marketing automation or email automation tools. • Software Integrations: Strong experience with software integrations, particularly with Salesforce and HubSpot. • Google Analytics and Tag Manager: Proficient in using Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics. • HTML/CSS: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus. Education • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
