In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and creating a positive experience through live chat interactions. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure our guests have a seamless... experience with our products and services. Responsibilities  Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via live chat.  Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.  Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.  Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex inquiries.  Monitor live chat performance metrics to enhance service delivery.  Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and customer service best practices.  Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming virtual environment for customers.
