About the position The Entry Level Remote Customer Service Representative role at TEKsystems involves responding to inquiries and requests from members in a structured, high-volume contact center environment. The position focuses on providing information about the company's products and services while ensuring an optimal customer experience through effective communication and transaction processing. Responsibilities • Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a 24/7 contact center operation. , • Provide information regarding Client's products and services, demonstrating knowledge and active listening. , • Perform transactions or related functions for various accounts including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and IRAs. , • Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs to enhance member interaction. Requirements • Strong communication skills and active listening abilities. , • Ability to adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods. , • Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
