Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Prior customer service or virtual assistant experience preferred but not required. 7. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Responsibilities 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes. 3. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. 5. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes. 6. Participate in training sessions and stay updated with Delta Airlines policies and procedures. 7. Uphold Delta Airlines’ commitment to exceptional customer service at all times.
