Requirements: • Typing Skills: High typing speed with accuracy is essential. • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies or errors quickly and take corrective action. • Organizational Skills: Capable of managing and organizing large volumes of data systematically. • Technical Skills: Proficient with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and other database management tools. • Data Management: Understanding of data entry best practices and experience working with large datasets. • Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and provide clear, concise information. • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues as they arise. • Confidentiality: Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and the importance of keeping sensitive information secure.
