In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy interactive AI-driven chatbot solutions using Microsoft Azure services. Integrate Azure Cognitive Services (e.g., Language Understanding (LUIS), QnA Maker) to improve chatbot functionality and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement chatbot applications that align with business objectives. Optimize chatbot performance to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and user-friendly experiences. Monitor chatbot interactions and gather insights to drive continuous improvement in bot capabilities. Create and maintain documentation on chatbot development processes and best practices. Ensure the chatbot’s scalability and maintainability, following Azure’s best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in chatbot development and deployment, specifically within Azure environments. Strong knowledge of Azure Bot Services and familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services, including LUIS and QnA Maker. Experience with chatbot frameworks, such as Bot Framework SDK or other relevant frameworks. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services with chatbots. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
