As part of our committed customer service team, you will provide support through various channels, including ticket systems, chat, conferencing, and phone communication. Key Responsibilities • Assist new users in creating optimized profiles to enhance their prospects for contracts, grants, financing, and loans. • Engage actively with users on our social media platform, addressing inquiries, concerns, and challenges. • Deliver customer support across multiple channels, utilizing our ticketing system, chat, conferencing, and phone. • Conduct Beta Testing using our internal tools to ensure seamless platform functionality. • Analyze user data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with our marketing team to enhance PPC and SEO strategies. • Identify and report product bugs, working closely with the development team for resolution. Required Skills • Minimum of two years of experience in social media or related fields. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, VPN, and CRM tools. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to utilize AI for research purposes. • Capability to engage empathetically and professionally with users on social media platforms. • Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting. • Bonus: Proficiency in English along with one or more additional languages, or familiarity with translation tools. Qualifications • At least two years of relevant experience in social media or customer service. • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively. • Proven skills in both independent and collaborative work environments.
