In this role, you will be the frontline support for patients, families, and healthcare professionals seeking assistance and information about our hospice services. Using a live chat platform, you will provide timely responses to inquiries, address concerns, and deliver empathetic support to those navigating sensitive end-of-life issues. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically is crucial, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to caring for those in need. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact in the hospice community.
