Job Description COMC is seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our amazing Customer Support team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this person will contribute to the overall brand of the Company by working to ensure a positive overall customer experience when dealing with COMC. The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Agent is to assist COMC customers with general inquiries. The successful candidate must have excellent prioritization skills, attention to detail, communication skills and be able to exercise good judgment when resolving customer issues. Learn and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services. ? Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner while maintaining targeted customer satisfaction ratings. ? Own and monitor the progress of the resolution of customer issues, ensuring response times align with established SLAs. ? Communicate with customers to understand and diagnose and resolve the issue. ? Assist customers with website navigation, placing orders, submitting consignment items and other general inquiries. ? Use judgment to escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or the CS Technical Support team for resolution. ? Uphold COMC values, quality standards, and exemplify C.A.R.D. culture. ? Be a willing and collaborative partner to support all areas of the organization. ? Maintain a high level of confidentiality. ? Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications ? High School diploma or GED; Bachelor?s degree preferred. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Good judgment and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills. ? Passion for sports cards, gaming cards and collectibles is a plus. Additional Qualifications ? Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills ? Knowledgeable about professional sporting industry (NBA, NFL, MLB etc.) ? Deep knowledge of trading card industry and collecting experience strong preferred Work Location ? Preferred Location ? Washington state ? Opportunity for Remote work ?
