Job Title: Customer Service Representative (BCP) Job Description Our Customer Service Representative interfaces with client customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product and/or services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Interface with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support. Achieve specific support and resolution on every call. Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include: A High School Diploma and/or GED Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred (or required) Live within 25–35-mile radius of our Rochester, NY site Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills The ability to work rotational shifts as needed.
